FREEZERS
The Cooltime range of containerised refrigeration units are designed
to operate in ambient temperatures of 27°C with internal storage
temperature of –20°C.
The principle configuration
of this type of unit is as follows:

Condensing
unit with duty suitable for installation in a zone I / II hazardous
area incorporating an air-cooled condenser with copper tube
and aluminium fins and open drive compressor with EExd motor
to IP55, anti static belts and anti spark fan. |

Ceiling mounted cooler
in stainless steel with Ex zone 2 fans and electric defrost. |

Integrated liquid
receiver, drier, sight glass, high and low pressure safety switches. |

Interconnecting pipe
work would be refrigerant grade copper tubing, insulated with
class 'O' Armaflex insulation. |

Freezer plant designed
to operate on low temperature non-ozone depletive refrigerant
R404A. |

All electrical
components and controls would be suitable for installation within
a zone 2 hazardous area, for a hook-up to a 440V 60Hz 3-phase
and neutral electrical power supply. |

Defrost
would be by electric heater with condensate water draining to
the outside of the unit through a heat traced drain line. |
